The 0911 Edition DVDs (East, West, and Alaska) were distributed with the following charts that will expire on October 22, 2009: Albuquerque, Chicago, Chicago TAC, Dawson, Hawaiian Is., Phoenix, Phoenix TAC, Puerto Rico-VI TAC, Salt Lake City and Salt Lake City TAC.
